Turbo Issues!

Man I have been having some issues with my car for quite some time now and I am downright frustrated. I've replaced tons and tons of parts to try and remedy the problem to no avail. I've taken the car to Honda to see if they could diagnose the problem but they couldn't and there aren't really too many import tuners out here in good ole' Nebraska. I decided to pull my engine wiring harness and replace it with a new one as one of my last ditch efforts before throwing in the towel so hopefully that will remedy the problem otherwise I am completely lost as to what to do. Wish me luck!
OK Harajuka brought up a good point so here is my dilemna. The car is seeing some kind of lean cut at 5600rpm (which is what I have VTEC set at) and no matter how much fuel is added the problem persists. I've ruled out a tuning issue because I've had the car tuned professionally over a two years ago and everything was running great until about 7 months ago. The problem came from nowhere. If I were to describe how the problem feels its like a sputtering when I get to that rpm range no matter what gear. It will sputter like that for about 7-8 seconds then push past it but then I hit a brick wall at 7200rpm (complete power loss). Here's a list of what I have checked or replaced.
Battery, Fuel Pump, Spark Plugs, Coils, o2 sensor, MAP sensor, I've swapped ECU's with a buddy, I've used different calibrations, I've checked the turbo for damage, and I just recently replaced the entire engine harness but haven't had a chance to test it (I work too much, lol). Edit: Test drove it the other day and the problem persists!
My next route would be to replace my VTEC solenoid as that seems to be when the problem occurs, my thoughts are that the issue I am having is possibly caused by the engine not switching over to the high cam because of a short or some issue with the VTEC system. The heat from the turbo melted the connector that goes to the VTC oil pressure switch. I could be wrong but I've checked just about everything else. Sorry for the long rant.
