so today which did begin pretty good and all being that i fixed the minor dent in my rear quarter finally and had it painted. looked great 
anyway the day went on pretty normal nothing to exciting you now a boring old sunday like all the rest, until after dinner.
every sunday we have a family dinner catch up with each other its nice. after dinner i met up with a few friends at taco bell (this is where the story picks up, sorry for the boring intro) and as we are about to leave some kid in a brand new 350z decides he is going to burn out as he leaves. whatever show off in his parents car.
As we are leaving i notice he is going the same way we are and is driving like a maniac swerving from lane to lane cutting people off (i am going the speed limit, which is surprisingly usual for me since my wreckless driving ticket) oh anyway he actually swerved into oncoming traffic lane to pass some cars. not once but TWICE!! fucking crazy ass. he is about 3 cars ahead now in the other lane (my friend driving infront of me) when he dicides to cut the guy in the other lane off big time. everyone slams brakes, my friend stops just intime, with me sliding towards him. i locked my breaks up 3 or 4 times trying to gain more traction but my little car slides under his as the 350z speeds off.
long story short (or shorter) my car is totaled my buddy needs a exhaust system and i get fucked over since i rear ended him. this all happend while driving within the speed limit (40) and i was about 2.5 cars behind my friends, so i wasnt tailing him or anything.
so now im out of a car because some 17 year old driving "his" 350z decides to be a smart ass. the cops did pull him over 30 minutes later but he said he "witnessed" the accident happening and since his car wasn't involved in the wreck they cant do anything. 
time to go find a new car..
