I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for helping us
out this past year. First off I would like to thank my wife for
supporting me during this adventure. It is a pricey habit that I
have picked up but she is behind me 100% of the way and I am eternally
grateful for that. With out here a lot of this would certainly not
be possible. I want to also thank Al and Jim at
PIC Performance
for their help and support this year as well. They have done a
great deal for me and I am grateful for every ounce of help and support
I get from them. I would also like to thank Brent Knoll for the
help with the bump draft tow straps. For those of you who are not
aware Brent sells a few well made pieces of safety equipment for the
weekend road warriors. Please see the September archives for a
photo of his bump draft straps, contact information, and how to purchase
or inquire about his products. I would also like to thank Stuart
McDonald for his help on the car this year. He spent countless
hour helping work on the car and offering his time and expertise.
We really would not have been able to get out on track at all this year
with out him. I also want to thank
NASA Southeast
and all of the workers and volunteers that help make every event
possible and run so smoothly. With out you guys people like me
would have no were to go and have such a great time and meet so many
friendly and helpful people. Lastly I would like to thank
everyone on the message boards for their kind words and words of
encouragement. I have made this site and the other support sites
for you. This website is here mainly to track the road we travel
to get to one day run in the
Honda Challenge
series with
NASA
.
I want to show people you do not have to have a high dollar budget or
the nicest rig out there to have a good time and one day go racing.
I hope that over time as the car is built others will learn some things
and see some budget ideas that will help them to get out on track.
